Jolien Booms

In 2023, Jolien graduated with distinction in 2023 as a Master of Laws from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She began her professional career at Moore Law in September 2023.

Jolien is active in the field of intellectual property law and broader commercial law. She handles matters relating to trademark law, designs and models, copyright, related rights, media law, and trade secrets. In this context, she assists clients in dispute resolution, transactional work, and advisory services.

In September 2024, she commenced an additional Master’s programme in Intellectual Property Rights and ICT Law at KU Leuven. Her unwavering interest in intellectual property, science, and technology enables her to assist clients with enthusiasm and in-depth expertise.

Jolien is a member of the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar and handles cases in both Dutch and English.
