BIOGRAPHY

Hella joined the Moore Law team in 2025 as an attorney and specializes in employment law and social security law. She is a member of the HR Legal expertise center. Hella has particular expertise in privacy law (GDPR) in HR matters and in the Act on Private Investigation, in which she possesses not only theoretical knowledge but also extensive practical experience.

Hella studied in both France and Belgium. She graduated with distinction as a Master in European and International Business Law from the Faculty of Bayonne (Université de Pau) and continued her studies with a DESS in European Legal Studies and at the Institut d’Études Judiciaires in Bordeaux. She also obtained an LL.M. in social and tax law from KU Leuven.

She has extensive experience in employment and social security law in both the private and public sectors. She developed her expertise, among others, at the law firm Stibbe, as in-house counsel within a large banking and insurance group, and by pleading cases before the bar in both French and Dutch. She also served as a Social Affairs Judge at the Labour Court of Brussels and worked as a forensic auditor in the insurance sector. In addition, Hella has been a certified sworn court translator and interpreter for over 20 years.

Hella takes a client-focused approach and is known for her hands-on, no-nonsense style. She is highly committed to her cases and is not deterred by complex structures or unique legal issues.

Hella has a particular interest in Compensation & Benefits and international mobility.
